Our Fibre

Our fibre journey started as a new hobby during the covid lockdown and grew into a love of colour and squishy handspun yarn. We strive to provide you with the highest quality hand-dyed combed tops to help you create your perfect yarn. Because fibre is a natural product, every combed top is a unique gift with its own character and variation.

During the wet finishing process, some minor colour bleeding may occur. This is expected and shouldn’t affect your final yarn.

Special Orders

If the colourway you want is out of stock or isn’t currently available on the website, you can email us a special order request from the Contact Us page. Please include the colourway name, fibre type, and weight. Allow 1-2 weeks for us to dye order once we have confirmed details with you and payment has been made. 

Shipping

Domestic flat rate is $9.00 urban and $14.50 rural. We aim to ship your order within 2-3 business days. All orders are shipped through NZ Post and will come with tracking. The default is no signature required. Any taxes and/or duty fees incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.

Replacement and Returns

‍We only accept replacements and returns within 30 days from your purchase date.

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. Do not open the package further or use the product in any way. Take a photo of the damaged item and keep the original packaging in the state you received it in.

Please provide the following information.
- Name, phone number, email address (all as shown on the order)
- Date of purchase
- Invoice or order number
- Photo of the damaged item

If your request is accepted, we will send out a replacement at no extra cost to you.

If we have accidentally sent you the wrong item, please contact us and we will make sure to correct the error at no extra cost to you.
